to Naomi and her new enlarged family, and all the Blue Jewel visitors. I hope you all have a lovely holiday. I’m sure Naomi’s will be extra special this year with her new little Samuel
I’m very sorry for the lack of updates here, I’ve been busy with offline things, and other sites. So I’ve decided to put the site on a temporary hiatus, because I just do not have time to properly dedicate to this site at the moment. But I am planning to ‘re-launch’ the site in February hopefully, with all new content, trillions of new pictures (we will have the largest Naomi gallery online, I think), and all the coverage of Naomi promoting The International. And as always, if you have anything you’d like to contribute (scans, photos, articles, videos, fanart – anything) then don’t hesitate to send me an email. I’m really excited about building this site up into a complete, one-stop resource for Ms Watts, so I hope you’ll be patient and wait for this to be possible
Before we go on hiatus though, I’ve added a stunning new photoshoot taken for the Thierry Mugler Angel promotional campaign. I think the pictures speak for themselves!
British Australian actress Naomi Watts, 40, and partner Liev Schreiber, 41, welcomed their second child in New York early Sunday morning, December 14, reports In Touch.
EDIT: People.com have confirmed the news!!
Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber welcomed their second child, PEOPLE has learned.
“I can confirm Naomi and Liev had a baby boy yesterday,” said the actress’s rep.
A couple since 2005, Watts, 40, and Schreiber, 41, already have a baby boy, Alexander Pete Schreiber, born July 26, 2007.
Earlier this year, Watts boasted of her first-born, “He’s turning pages in the book. He’s crawling and standing up. He can wave. I read Goodnight Moon to him every night.”
EDITED ON DECEMBER 16TH:
The couple welcomed their second son on Saturday, said Watt’s publicist, Robin Baum. Samuel Kai Schreiber weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces.
“Both mom and baby are doing great,” Baum said Monday.
BEST known for his waist-deep portraits of women starkers, David Bromley has no plans to alter his signature style when he paints Naomi Watts as his submission for the Archibald Prize next year.
Bromley, whose exhibition with Andrew Taylor (husband of the actress Rachel Griffiths) opened at the Tim Olsen Gallery in Woollahra last night, told SiT the portrait was still in the planning stage.
“My people are talking to her people,” he joked. “I think she will fit the pop quality of what I do really well, [also] she has these amazing eyes and a really strong gaze, which is why she is wonderful as an actress.”
German helmer Tom Tykwer’s “The International,” starring Clive Owen and Naomi Watts, will open the 59th Berlin Film Festival on Feb. 5.
The world preem of Tykwer’s action thriller, tracing the criminal business transactions that finance war and terror, will screen out of competition.
Despite its title, pic is a predominantly German production, filmed at Babelsberg and partially funded by the German Federal Film Fund; German thesp Armin Mueller-Stahl has a prominent role.
Sorry for the lack of updates here in the last week or so, I’ve been having computer/internet troubles. My internet is working at the moment, but I think it may go again soon … and then hopefully be back within 10-14 days *argh* So please be patient, and stay tuned!
Naomi attended the Worldwide Orphans Foundation Benefit Gala in New York City on Monday, and I will add pictures from the event asap.

Annette Bening and Naomi Watts will headline “Mother and Child,” a multilayered drama from scripter and helmer Rodrigo Garcia.
Through overlapping stories, script follows a woman who gave up her daughter 35 years ago and an African-American woman who is looking to adopt. Kerry Washington and Shareeka Epps also star.
Previously set up through Cha Cha Cha with Focus Films and Universal and a tentative cast that had included Robin Wright Penn and Brittany Robertson, pic is now produced by Julie Lynn through the Mockingbird Films shingle. “Babel” and “21 Grams” helmer Alejandro Gonzales Inarritu is exec producer on the project, which has a production budget of some $7 million.
U.K. sales company WestEnd Films is handling the project in international markets, and tenpercentery Endeavor is repping it in the U.S.
“This is an incredibly emotional tale about the choices we make, missed opportunities and unbreakable blood bonds between mother and daughter,” WestEnd exec Eve Schoukroun said.
Pic shoots in L.A. beginning in the first quarter next year.
